Experiential Teacher : Experience Design
Some lessons can only be learned through experience. Some healing can only be done through the body. Some stories need a witness. There is a soul journey living within you-- it's time to EXPLORE it.
Exploring the Self Through Experience

I am an Experiential Teacher and Experience Designer with a background spanning mental health, wellness and hospitality fields. For two decades my work has taken me around the world — from Costa Rica and Alaska to Peru, Indonesia, Green River, and Moab — guiding immersive retreats and designing experiences that foster connection, healing and growth.
As a mentor, somatic teacher and creative leader, I bring a grounded, trauma-informed approach to every environment I enter. I specialize in creating spaces where people feel seen, supported and inspired to rediscover their own resilience and sense of belonging.

Creating soft spaces to land and soul strengthening experiences
since 2005
I'll Take You There.
My work lives at the intersection of wellness, travel, and human experience. I’ve spent much of my career guiding individuals and groups through transformation—designing spaces that bring people home to themselves, whether through a yoga studio, a retreat in the jungle, or a conversation that shifts perspective.
Drawing from a career that bridges education, mental health, hospitality, and creative leadership, I create experiences that balance structure with spontaneity. I’ve helped develop trauma-informed programs, coordinated international service projects, and led more than forty retreats across the globe, each one designed to restore connection—to self, to others, and to place.
At my core, I’m a bridge builder. I connect people to purpose, leaders to vision, and ideas to embodiment. I believe in experiences that move us—literally and metaphorically—because movement is how we remember who we are.

Mentoring
Certified Mentor
20 years of professional experience within the mental health, travel and hospitality fields, I bring a holistic understanding of people, place and purpose. Having worked with clients from a wide range of backgrounds across the globe-- including executives, investors, families and creative professionals-- I offer an expansive worldview and the ability to see and hold complex systems with clarity and compassion.
My work integrates trauma-informed mentorship, experiential program design and human-centered leadership development. Over the years, I've helped organizations and individuals navigate growth, conflict and major life transitions while strengthening the relational foundations that sustain long-term success.
Whether guiding leaders through pivotal shifts, facilitating immersive experiences or building programs that restore connection and vision, my focus remains the same: to help people and systems operate with greater alignment, authenticity and purpose.

Somatics

E-RYT 200 : YACEP
Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher
since 2015, with more than 1,000 hours of teaching in studios, classrooms, and retreat settings. My somatic approach bridges body awareness, nervous system regulation and mindful movement. Drawing from yoga, breathe-work and trauma-informed embodiment practices, I help others connect with the intelligence of their own bodies -- to move and feel from a place of presence.
For me, somatics isn't about perfection, it's about coming home to the body. Whether through yoga, dance, or simple daily rituals, embodiment is how we integrate experience, turning awareness into action.
This work has been shaped by over 20 years of experience in trauma recovery and human development, and continues to guide how I lead, teach and live.

"In many shamanic societies, if you came to a medicine person complaining of being disheartened, dispirited, or depressed, they would ask one of four questions: When did you stop dancing? When did you stop singing? When did you stop being enchanted by stories? When did you stop being comforted by the sweet territory of silence?"
